Monday AM Squad session 5.30am - 7am

10 week program focusing on developing skills and endurance ahead of the 2022 Rotto Squad.

All sessions will be held in 25m mode at HBF Stadium (weeks 1-4 outside 10 lane, weeks 5-10 inside pool)

Squad dates - July 19,16 + August 2,9,16,23,30 + Sept 6,13,20

Swimmers enrolled in this squad will gain priority enrolment for the 2022 Rotto Squad.
